Ok so the title leaves something to be desired but I had a really cool idea for a challenge. First things first this is a team work building and decorating challenge. This challenge goes in round robin fashion, with all people getting 1 week to work on their room. I'll start it off by building the base of the house and all out buildings. Then others post what rooms they want to build, (EX. Amy-Bedroom, Anni-bathroom, Dominie-Kitchen...) and it keeps going till the house is built. After the base rooms are placed then we begin the decorating mode but only AFTER all rooms and buildings are done. The base house gets built then sent to the next person to work on their room/s and so on. So lets get to building!

Outside - Daytonaraceway (start 10-2-11), Living room
Kitchen - AmyLuthien (start 10-6-11)
Bathroom - Synerje (start 10-8-11)
Bedroom - AnniClan (on hold till her game either works or doesn't)


Ps. I'll post the decorating stuff in another thread when the house is done.

What the heck is a round robin anyway?  I've seen the term for years, never heard an explanation . . . 

Anyway, we'd just be building blank walls at this point, or would we also be placing windows/doors etc.?  Also, if we're placing windows/doors, are we restricted to a certain one, or whatever we want to use?

And I call the kitchen!

You are building a base frame to the house, yes doors and windows can be used ONLY in the room you are working on. but keep in mind that if they need a mesh you need to either send the mesh along or post to it when you send the house to the next person.

I've always thought a round robin was 1 person starts/has something when done they pass it on to the next person, so on and so forth. I'm gonna wait to see if we get at least 2 more people to work on the house and then I'll start it.

Sounds reasonable to me, on both counts.  And like I said, I've no clue what a round robin is, Wikipedia didn't enlighten me much either lol!

Anni, Syn already called a bathroom so for now I'd say just make a bedroom and link it up to her bathroom if you can. Would you be ok in doing that?
Remember ladies we aren't decorating right now. That will be after the whole of the house is built. I'm loading my game to start my part and Will send the house to Amy next Sunday to start her week. If we get no more people to build come Anni's week anyone who did a room is more than welcome to work on another.
